ASEA Power Systems 12 kVA Isolation Transformer [634103]

12 kVA Isolation Transformer

ASEA’s Isolation Transformer is a drop-in replacement for Charles IsoG2, designed to protect vessel under-fittings from galvanic corrosion and to shield onboard electronics from reverse polarity and shore power fluctuations. It also ensures safety by preventing the boat from sending unintended electric currents into the surrounding water.

Features:

• Ignition-protected, safe for gasoline-powered vessels
• Complete Electrical Isolation prevents dockside ELCI breaker trips
• Maintains a safer marine environment by mitigating the risk of ESD
• Ensures clean and stable AC power for on-board equipment
• Reduces galvanic corrosion
• Meets the latest NEC 555.35 marina code that ensures GFPE limits are not exceeded
