Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free shipping over $149. We offer two shipping options for all US orders under $149. 

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1-5 business days 
  • Cost: $9.99

Expedited Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days 
  • Cost: $13.95

International Shipping

We ship our marine products worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the total weight of your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order from dispatch until delivery.

Haven't received tracking? If you do not receive tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us immediately.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Important for International Customers:

DB Marine Supplies is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order by your country's customs authority. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including but not limited to:

  • Import duties
  • Customs clearance fees
  • Value-added tax (VAT)
  • Goods and services tax (GST)

We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing your order.

 

If an item is returned due to non-payment of customs fees or pick-up, it may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Any costs for return shipping will be deducted from refund. 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • ✅ Double-check your shipping address before completing checkout
  • ✅ Address changes must be requested immediately after ordering
  • ⚠️ Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address
  • ⚠️ Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may incur reshipping fees
